Nor' Easter Yachts is a family company. Start to finish, our
name is on the line with every product we ship out. Almost nothing is returned to us for any reason
because we make sure that each outbound part has been given the attention needed to represent our
company. If the best marketing is quality goods, we've got no problem with our reputation.We're a small shop - you can count every employee on one hand. We each work hard making fiberglass products every day. We may take time to handle paperwork or send a fax, but every one of us spends the majority of the day working with polyester resin and fiberglass. When you deal with us, you get the decision-making ability of the CEO combined with the practical understanding of an assembler and the technical experience of an engineer.
Setting priorities is a simple task for us. What's good for our customers is good for Nor' Easter. We'll go the extra mile to push out that rush order in time to make our customers to look like heroes. As anyone knows, a hard day's work is its own reward.
